So my job search has ended with me getting a new job and I’ve been preparing for the new job as well as using the last few days to relax. The combination of getting a job and Relaxation Mode has left me very calm and excited for what is to come next!
With this all happening, it’s time for another review on another product from LUSH, one of my favorite product brands!
This is the Rose Jam Shower Gel and it can be purchased in a 3.3, 8.4 or a 16.9 fl oz bottle for $9.95, $19.95 and possibly $30.95. It can be found at a nearby LUSH store or online, but keep in mind that this a Limited Edition product and will only be available around the Christmas season.
I snagged a bottle a long time ago before the product disppeared quickly from the shelves. This product is actually a huge hit with the LUSH fans and I was intent on trying it out before it sold out.
I can say for certain that I have jumped on the fanbase for this product! This is a fantastic shower gel and then some! For starters, if you’ve used the Rose Jam Bubbleroon, Jason & The Argan Oil shampoo bar and Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner, then you know how delicious the fragrance is! This shower gel has that same fragrance of rose and vanilla and I usually find myself unscrewing the cap and smelling the gel again and again.
On terms of cleaning power, this gel lathers very well and does a great job of washing away my daily dirt, grime, oils and body odor. I recommend using a shower loofah or pouf to get the most out of this and a little goes a long way with this gel since it is concentrated.
It’s not very moisturizing for my skin though, but that’s been one of my issues with LUSH’S shower gels. Since the shower creams started coming out in response to complaints of dry skin, I think that this gel might be released as a shower cream soon. If that happens, I’ll be willing to try it.
This shower gel is great and I think it would make a great treat for you! You’ll just have to wait until it gets released again and buy it when you can before it sells out! It’s frustrating, but it’s worth the wait!
Unless you’re impatient and write tons of letters to LUSH demanding that this product becomes a permanent product instead of a Limited Edition product. Then, I understand that too.
Take care and see you on the next post!
